Personalized academic support, special education advocacy, and figure skating coaching — tailored to help each individual thrive on the ice and in the classroom.
"Every learner has a breakthrough waiting — it just takes the right guide to find it."
What We Offer
Bailey's Edge was built on the belief that learning happens best when someone believes in you unconditionally. Whether you need academic support, a voice in the education system, or coaching on the ice, we're here — fully committed.
One-on-one and small group sessions designed around how your student actually learns — building confidence alongside skills.
Navigating special education systems can feel overwhelming. We stand with families to make sure every child's educational rights are upheld.
From first steps on ice to competitive programs — coaching that nurtures artistry, technique, and a lifelong love of the sport.
About Juliana Bailey
she/hers
Bailey's Edge was born from a unique intersection of passions: a deep love for education, a calling to advocate for students who often go unheard, and years of competitive figure skating.
Having worked with students of all learning profiles for over 10 years — from gifted learners to those navigating IEPs and 504 plans — Juliana brings both professional expertise and genuine warmth to every session. On the ice, the same philosophy applies: every skater is capable of more than they know.
For fun, Juliana enjoys providing book reviews, skating tips, and travel ideas to her community!
@theiceandinkHow We Work
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. Every student, every family, every skater gets a plan built specifically for them — and a coach who shows up fully every session.
Every engagement begins with a thorough conversation. We learn your goals, your challenges, and what's already working before we plan a single session.
No templates, no worksheets off a shelf. Session plans, IEP strategies, and skating programs are crafted uniquely for each individual.
Skills matter, but confidence is the multiplier. Our approach is strengths-based: we celebrate what students can do and build outward from there.
Regular progress check-ins, family communication, and honest feedback loops ensure we're always moving in the right direction — together.
What Families Say
Bailey helped us understand our son's IEP in a way his school never did. We walked into his annual meeting for the first time knowing what to ask — and actually got the services he needed.
IEP Advocacy Client
My daughter went from dreading math to asking for extra practice. Bailey has a gift for finding the exact angle that makes a concept click. She's a completely different student now.
Academic Tutoring Parent
I started skating as an adult, convinced I was too old to learn anything real. Bailey's patience and technical knowledge proved me completely wrong. I competed in my first adult event this spring.
